Welcome to TypeKaksha (typekaksha.in). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our free online typing speed test platform, SSC/High Court exam simulators, Hindi and English touch typing courses, and arcade typing games. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using TypeKaksha (typekaksha.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Use of Services
- TypeKaksha's typing practice tools, SSC exam simulators, and touch typing courses are provided for educational and personal skill development purposes only.
- You may not use TypeKaksha to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities, including but not limited to automated bot usage, scraping, or misrepresentation of typing speed results.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the TypeKaksha platform or its servers.
3. User Accounts
- Creating a TypeKaksha account is optional. Guest users may access all core typing practice features without registration.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create a TypeKaksha account.
4. Typing Test Results & Certificates
- TypeKaksha speed test results are for practice and self-assessment purposes only. They are not official government examination records.
- Typing certificates generated by TypeKaksha are practice certificates and are not equivalent to official typing skill certificates issued by government testing agencies (e.g., DOEACC, NIC, SSC, state PSCs).
- TypeKaksha is not responsible for any misrepresentation of practice certificates in official job applications.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on TypeKaksha — including typing passages, lesson content, game designs, UI/UX, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of TypeKaksha.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any TypeKaksha content without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
- TypeKaksha uses Supabase for backend data storage, Google Analytics for usage analytics, Google AdSense for advertising, and Vercel for web hosting.
- TypeKaksha is not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of these third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
- TypeKaksha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
- TypeKaksha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
9. Changes to Terms
- TypeKaksha reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
